A residence permit is a separate file from company formation
Registration does not create a right to stay in Turkey. The residence type follows the purpose.
Entering the company in the trade registry is not an automatic residence permit for the foreign shareholder. A short business visit, long-term residence or residence tied to a work permit are different filings.
The file starts with the purpose: formation formalities only, or settling in Turkey to manage the business. The migration authority’s document list closes on that distinction.
