When is a liaison office enough?
An office for market research and representation; a company or branch for sales and invoices.
A liaison office lets a foreign company gather information and be represented in Turkey without trading. It is the wrong tool for a model that invoices customers, holds stock or employs staff for wages.
The permit term and the activity are written at the start. Renewal is one file; starting to trade through a company or a branch is another.
