Import and export follow the formed company’s activity and the customs regime. Invoice, origin, transport documents and any permit are collected in one file.

A free-zone or warehouse licence does not replace the ordinary customs filing. The logistics firm, the customs broker and the company record are separate contracts.

    Apostille, consular legalisation, sworn translation and a potential tax number are listed.

    Formation file

    Articles, signature circular, MERSIS and trade-registry papers are prepared.

  4. 04

    After registration

    Tax office, chamber, bank and, where needed, the work permit follow the same calendar.
